Sound Recording Details

Great videos need great sound.
Sound is a critical element to any video and so we’ve developed a great solution to capture speech audio. Unfortunately with so many video recording solutions the audio is only so-so, but our microphone records great audio in almost any environment. 

Rejects background noise.
Voices can be heard loud and clear, event at crowded receptions, parties, conferences and more where there is a lot going on in the background.

Our microphone
We use a professional handheld microphone with a proprietary digital connection. Nothing beats a handheld microphone for voice quality in a noisy environment. A digital connection eliminates common audio interference that can occur from cell phones and electricity. We also offer an optional ‘clip on’ microphone.

Tip: Avoid Loudspeakers, DJs, Bands
It sounds obvious, but if you place SpeechBooth (and it’s microphone) in a place where guests can’t hear themselves then the audio recording may suffer.  Our microphone does a great job handling excess noise, but our recommendation is to choose the location wisely and place SpeechBooth away from obviously loud noises. Just in case, we have a limited ability to ‘clean up’ audio in editing.
