The COVID-19 global pandemic has had significant impacts on everyone’s lives. Planning events when there is so much uncertainty can be a challenge and so we’ve wanted to let you know about some simple policies and procedures we’ve put in place to help you plan and prepare.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel (or reschedule) a SpeechBooth order for any reason and receive a full refund. We just ask for 14 days notice to prevent equipment from shipping out to you prior to cancellation.
Should I still book? Due to so many events being postponed already this year so far, we are already seeing significant number of advanced bookings into 2021 and 2022 and are planning for surge of of backlogged events plus new events. Our recommendation is if you are planning on having an event, is to book your date as soon as you are ready. If you decide to postpone, there is no charge and existing bookings receive priority for future dates. If you do decide to cancel, we can offer a full refund.
Health & Sanitization: We sterilize and disinfect all rental equipment surfaces using 70% isopropyl alcohol and bleach-based solutions per the CDC recommendation immediately prior to shipment. In addition, we include 70% isopropyl alcohol ‘wet wipes’ inside the box with your rental equipment.
Alternative Options Many in-person events are being moved online ‘virtually’ or cancelled entirely during the pandemic, we’re exploring different options to help serve our customers virtually. We can provide ‘virtual’ video booth solutions which let ‘guests’ record messages easily through their device at home. If you’re interested just contact us to discuss options.
