Placement for Weddings & Celebrations
Placing SpeechBooth in a visible location lets people know it is there. It is good way to maximize the number of videos that are left by guests.  Avoid placing in the middle of high-traffic areas such as entryways, service stations, etc. to minimize interruptions and give a comfortable distance for guests leaving a message. Avoid placing near bands and DJs for noise considerations (read about Sound Recording)

Locations ideas:

-Visible from the reception line
-Visible from the wedding table
-Larger Hallways
-Visible from a main venue entrance
-Outdoors (see below for that).

Placement For Professional Events
Depending on your needs SpeechBooth it can be placed pretty much anywhere.  Since it’s battery-powered, it can be placed anywhere without risking of a cord tripping.  Feel free to put the video booth out in the middle of the floor in a prominent location. It can double as a sign holder signage to display your message.  Avoid placing next to loudspeakers. (You can read more at the sound recording page)

Do I need an Enclosure or Backdrop?
Nope!  SpeechBooth is designed to be used in the open air.  The ‘natural’ backdrop of the venue and the event looks great and captures the moment.   Background noise is mitigated by microphone. See the Sound Recording page for more info.   Of course, there isn’t any restriction on using an enclosure or backdrop if you want!

Portability
SpeechBooth is battery powered and weighs under 10lbs.  It can be moved around ‘on the fly’ while fully assembled.  When packed in its box, SpeechBooth can be easily & safely moved around with the included carry handle.

Placement Outdoors
If your guests want to be outside, SpeechBooth can be there too.  The natural lighting and backdrop make for great videos.  The equipment is weather ‘resistant’ to rain, snow, wind, sand–you name it.  In a situation such a sudden downpour, the lightweight booth can be easily moved to safety.
